It’s been one year since publishing my first story:
While my name is on the byline and every story or poem is the product of my imagination, my writing process is collaborative.
I am indebted to Roxanne Witte, a long-time friend and business partner, for our many discussions that provide sparks of inspiration for initial story ideas and story editing.
It’s not possible for me to show enough appreciation for Trudi Wieduwilt, an amazing spouse and partner who constantly pushes me outside my comfort zone where profound growth and healing happens. She brings her incredible skills of proofreading and copy editing to Spawning Fish Tales, and makes my writing much more readable. (She didn’t proof this one, because I didn’t want her to see in advance what I wrote about her — so all mistakes are mine).
